Our average across the last 12 months is 9 seconds for downloads, license keys, and membership access. Booked items — Online Consultation and the Virtual Event Pass — send a confirmation instantly, with the actual session or event happening on its scheduled date.
First, check spam and promotions folders — automated delivery emails land there more often than we'd like. If it's been more than 30 minutes, email support@pepsco.store with your order number and we'll resend it manually, usually within the hour.
Yes. Checkout supports multiple items at once. You'll get a separate access email for each product, since delivery methods differ — a license key arrives differently than a course login, for example.

Billing & subscriptions

PepsCo Insider, Premium Subscription, and the Cloud Storage Plan all renew automatically on their billing cycle (monthly or annual, depending on what you chose at checkout). One-time purchases like the Toolkit Pro license or Digital Download Bundle never renew or re-charge.
Email support@pepsco.store with your account email and the subscription you'd like to cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then, and we don't charge you again after that.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay. All payments are processed by a PCI-compliant third-party processor — PepsCo never sees or stores your full card number.
All prices are listed and charged in US dollars. Your card issuer or bank may apply its own conversion rate and, occasionally, a small foreign transaction fee — that part is between you and your bank.

Refunds & cancellations

It depends on the product — digital goods are generally non-refundable once delivered or accessed, with specific exceptions for technical failures, duplicate charges, and unused course or membership access within 7 days. The full breakdown by product type is on our refund policy page.
Email support@pepsco.store with both transaction IDs from your bank or PayPal statement. Duplicate charges are verified and refunded within 5 business days, no questions asked.
Contact support with your order number and we'll issue a replacement key — typically within a few hours. If the product itself genuinely can't be made to work on your system, you're covered under our refund policy's technical-failure clause.

Account & access

For one-time purchases — license keys, downloads, the Creative Assets Pack — no account is required; everything arrives by email. Memberships and subscriptions create a lightweight account automatically so you can manage billing and access in one place.
The standard license activates on one device at a time. If you need it on a second machine, email support — we offer a discounted add-on rather than making you buy a second full license.
Yes. Email support@pepsco.store from the same address you used at checkout, with your order number if you still have it, and we'll resend your access details directly.

Technical support

Start by re-downloading from your access link — most issues trace back to an interrupted download. If that doesn't fix it, email support with your operating system and version; we troubleshoot directly rather than pointing you at a help-center article.
Toolkit Pro supports the current and two previous major versions of macOS and Windows. If you're on something older, contact support before buying — we'll tell you honestly whether it'll work.
