Acceptance of terms

By purchasing a product, creating an account, or otherwise using pepsco.store, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or buy from the catalog. These terms apply to every product we sell: Digital Services, Online Consultation, Software License, Digital Download, Membership Access, E-Learning Course, Cloud Storage Plan, Virtual Event Pass, Premium Subscription, and Creative Assets Pack.

Description of service

PepsCo Digital operates an online storefront selling digital products and services. Nothing we sell is shipped physically — every product is delivered electronically, by license key, download link, login credential, or scheduled session. Product availability, pricing, and features may change at any time; we'll honor the terms in effect at the time of your purchase.

Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from PepsCo. Some products — memberships, subscriptions, and the e-learning platform — require an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@pepsco.store if you suspect unauthorized access.

Products, pricing & payment

All prices are listed in US dollars and are exclusive of any taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction, which are calculated and added at checkout where required. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless a specific product states otherwise. We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions; their terms apply to the payment process itself in addition to ours.

License grant

When you buy a software license, digital download, course, or creative assets pack, PepsCo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product for your own personal or business purposes, subject to any specific limits stated on the product page (such as device count or seat count). You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share access credentials for any product unless explicitly permitted.

Subscriptions & auto-renewal

Membership Access, Premium Subscription, and Cloud Storage Plan are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, as selected at checkout) and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime through your account or by emailing support; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period unless required by law or covered under our refund policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use any PepsCo product for unlawful purposes or to violate any third party's rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass licensing or access controls on the Software License or Toolkit Pro app.
• Share, resell, or publish license keys, login credentials, or course content publicly.
• Use the Online Consultation or Virtual Event Pass sessions to harass, record without consent, or redistribute proprietary materials shared during the session.

Intellectual property

All software, course content, templates, designs, and written material sold by PepsCo remain the intellectual property of PepsCo Digital or its licensors. Purchasing a product grants you a license to use it as described above — it does not transfer ownership or copyright.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

PepsCo products are provided "as is." We work to keep delivery fast and software functional, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access, that software will be error-free, or that a course or consultation will produce any specific business outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PepsCo's total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that specific product.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to any product if these terms are violated — for example, sharing license keys publicly or using a consultation session abusively. Where reasonable, we'll give notice and a chance to resolve the issue before terminating a paid subscription.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Faisalabad, Punjab, unless local consumer protection law gives you the right to a different venue.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product catalog or our obligations evolve. We'll update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify active customers by email.
